WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CONTACT YOU?
Emails and submitting an inquiry on my website are best. If you send me a direct message, I will direct you to emailing me or filling out my inquiry form. My website link is provided in my Instagram bio where you'll find my inquiry form, as well as a direct contact/email button on my instagram page.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING?
Yes! $200 is due at the time of booking to cover your deposit and trial run. This will go towards the total amount of your bridal package. $100 of this deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is to occur. A $25 non-refundable deposit is also required for "one-off" appointments.
DO YOU HAVE AÂ TRAVEL FEE?
My travel fee is based off mileage and calculated at $1.50 per mile one way to location only.
WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT SHOULD I USE AND WHEN IS IT DUE?
I will send you an invoice through my invoice system for you to pay. Attached to that invoice it gives you the option to pay via credit or debit card, cash app, or bank (ACH). Wedding Day invoices are due on the MONDAY of the week of your wedding. This has potential to include your remaining balance of your bridal package, any bridal party members, additional attendees, any travel fees, housing fees, or assistant fees. You are responsible for collecting payment from the rest of your bridal party.
DO YOU HAVE A MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF PEOPLE YOU CAN DO?
Yes. This all depends on your timeline, but I like to do no more than 7 people per bridal party, as long as time allows. This number could be decreased if there is a short getting ready time period. When booking please be clear how many people will be needing makeup done. If it's more than 7 people or more than time will allow, I will reach out to a list of artists I like to ask for help. However, if they are booked, it will be your responsibility to find someone who can cover the rest of the people needing makeup done. I understand details may not be set and stone at first on who will be needing makeup done, but I ask if you let me know within a month of booking. We will start at my minimum of 4 people and services can be added on, but number of services cannot be increased below my minimum.
WHAT IS YOUR AVERAGE AMOUNT OF TIME SPENT ON EACH PERSON FOR MAKEUP?
On average, I spend 30-90 minutes per face. Usually 30-45 minutes per bridesmaid/mother and 60-90 minutes on the bride. Please keep this in mind when leveraging how much time needed to get ready.
WHERE WILL MY TRIAL BE?
I take clients at Dani Cole Aesthetics in Brownsburg, IN. If in any case it's necessary for me to travel to you, a travel fee will apply. Please see my investment page for all travel fee pricing.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR A TRIAL?
A trial is included in the bridal package and the deposit paid at the time of booking will cover this. We set aside 1.5 hours or longer to make sure we nail your desired bridal look. Any additional trial run wanted for you or a member of the bridal party will be an additional $125.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I BOOK MY TRIAL?
I usually recommend that brides book their trial anywhere from 1-3 months in advance of their wedding.
DO YOU REQUIRE A CONTRACT TO BOOK? WHEN SHOULD I HAVE IT BACK TO YOU BY? WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW ALL THE DETAILS OF MY WEDDING DAY YET?
Yes, a filled out contract along with your non-refundable deposit is required in order to officially reserve your date. So really, the sooner the better! If you're not sure of all details yet, I allow the Contract to be updated within the first month of booking. If you're also not sure of a headcount yet, we will start at my minimum of 4 people (including the bride). If anyone decides to opt out, the price will remain the same. People can continue to be added on only up to 7 people. Beyond 7 people a second artist will be needed.
DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?
Yes. Anywhere up to a month in advance of cancellation will result in a cancellation fee. This will be 25% of the TOTAL amount stated on your contract. Anywhere between 24-48 hours in advance will result in 50% of the total amount stated in your Contract.
