WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CONTACT YOU?
Emails and submitting an inquiry on my website are best. If you send me a direct message, I will direct you to emailing me or filling out my inquiry form. My website link is provided in my Instagram bio where you'll find my inquiry form, as well as a direct contact/email button on my instagram page.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING?
Yes! $75 is due at the time of booking for my makeup only bridal package and $95 will be due for my makeup & hair bridal package. This will go towards the total amount of your bridal package. This deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is to occur. A $25 non-refundable deposit is also required for "one-off" appointments.
DO YOU HAVE A TRAVEL FEE?
My travel fee is based off mileage and calculated at $1.25 per mile one way to location only. Travel fees for the trial are included in the bridal packages up to 50 miles.
WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT SHOULD I USE AND WHEN IS IT DUE?
I will send you an invoice through my invoice system for you to pay. Attached to that invoice it gives you the option to pay via credit or debit card, cash app, or bank (ACH). Wedding day invoices are due on the MONDAY of the week of your wedding unless we've discussed you paying cash on the wedding day. This amount has potential to include your remaining balance of your bridal package, any bridal party members, additional attendees, any travel fees, housing fees, or assistant fees. You are responsible for collecting payment from the rest of your bridal party.
DO YOU HAVE A MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF PEOPLE YOU CAN DO?
Yes. This all depends on your timeline but I like to do no more than 8 people if time allows. This number could be decreased if there is a short getting ready time period. When booking please be clear how many people will be needing makeup done. If it's more than 8 people or more than time will allow, I will reach out to a list of trusted artists that I work with. However, if they are booked, it will be your responsibility to find someone who can cover the rest of the people needing makeup done. There will be an additional $50 assistant fee for a second artist. If headcount is unconfirmed, I recommend starting with my minimum of 4 people and services can be added on. I just ask that the number of services are not decreased after the contract is signed.
WHAT IS YOUR AVERAGE AMOUNT OF TIME SPENT ON EACH PERSON FOR MAKEUP?
On average, I spend 30-60 minutes per face. Usually 30-45 minutes per bridesmaid/mother and 60 minutes on the bride. Please keep this in mind when leveraging how much time needed to get ready.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I BOOK MY TRIAL?
I usually recommend that brides book their trial anywhere from 1-3 months in advance of their wedding.
DO YOU REQUIRE A CONTRACT TO BOOK? WHEN SHOULD I HAVE IT BACK TO YOU BY? WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW ALL THE DETAILS OF MY WEDDING DAY YET?
Yes, a filled out contract along with your non-refundable deposit is required in order to officially reserve your date. So really, the sooner the better! If you're also not sure of a headcount yet, we will start at my minimum of 4 people (including the bride). People can continue to be added on up to 8 people. Beyond 8 people a second artist will be needed.
DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?
Yes. Anywhere up to a month in advance of cancellation will result in a cancellation fee. This will be 25% of the TOTAL amount stated on your contract. Anywhere between 24-48 hours in advance will result in 50% of the total amount stated in your Contract.
